Terms of Service

A working outline for the terms that will govern Preempt websites, programs, events, and future purchases.

Current status

This page is a planning draft and is not yet an effective agreement. It will be finalized before Preempt opens paid registration, accepts store payments, or relies on these terms for a public program.

Scope

These terms are intended to cover use of Preempt-operated websites and future services. Separate event, creator, store, or platform rules may also apply.

Acceptable use

Users may not disrupt services, impersonate others, submit unlawful material, infringe rights, evade enforcement, or use Preempt properties to harm other people.

Accounts and submissions

If accounts or forms are introduced, users will be responsible for accurate information, account security, and rights to anything submitted.

Third-party services

Discord, YouTube, Battlefy, email providers, payment processors, and future storefronts operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Intellectual property

Preempt branding and original site materials remain protected. Creator and participant rights will be addressed through specific submission, licensing, and media terms.

Disclaimers and limits

Final terms will describe service availability, warranties, organizer discretion, and legally appropriate limits of liability.
