Refund & Cancellation Policy

The framework that will explain refunds, cancellations, digital products, and event changes before Preempt accepts payment.

Current status

This page is a planning draft and is not yet an effective agreement. It will be finalized before Preempt opens paid registration, accepts store payments, or relies on these terms for a public program.

Preempt is not currently selling products or accepting paid event registration through this site.

Event entry fees

Before a paid event opens, its listing will state refund eligibility, deadlines, participant withdrawal rules, organizer cancellation terms, and how approved refunds are issued.

Digital products

Before digital products launch, listings will explain delivery, license terms, duplicate purchases, defective files, and any limits on refunds after download or access.

Physical products

If physical merchandise is introduced, product pages will state fulfillment, returns, exchanges, damaged-item procedures, and shipping responsibility.

Event cancellation or change

Final terms will address postponement, format changes, technical disruption, insufficient participation, and complete cancellation.

Request process

Future refund requests will require order or registration details and must be sent through the published support method within the applicable deadline.
